Tis the season to party right? Isnt it always? Weddings, birthdays, baby showers, bachelor parties, valentines bashes, going away parties, coming home parties, shin digs, dances, or whatever! We are a party kind of people. So what can you do to make your event STAND OUT! Trully be a night to remember? I have some tips!
1. Have a purpose behind your party! Want to have a dance off? Do you want everybody to welcome home Johny? Is your nephew getting married? Sister pregnant? What is the reason for the party?
2. Make a theme! Now I am not talking a theme like "Little mermaid" like you did for your 3rd birthday party. But maybe a pot luck where everybody brings sea food. A party where everybody dresses up. A Game party where everybody brings their favorite game. Get people thinking and planning, getting excited to be there.
3. Make a list of people to invite. Invite, then invite again! There is a reason that "Save the dates" are popular among people now a days. People are BUSY and they forget! So a reminder is nice (trust me I rarely do anything if I don't get reminded to do it once or twice or 5 times).
4. Do something unique! Eveybody (well mostly everybody) has been to a party or 2. Make your stand out by doing something unique! Have a crazy treat, or a ridiculously fun new game to play, or even a unforgettable PHOTO BOOTH that will keep people talking about your party for days!
5. Leave the guests with something to remember it by. A party favor, or sorts. Or even a photo strip from above mentioned unforgettable PHOTO BOOTH. Don't have your guests leave empty handed.
